Privacy Policy

Gamble God is an AI oracle for bets — you show it a wager, it gives you an entertainment-only read. It never accepts wagers or handles gambling money. This page explains what we collect to make that work, in plain English.
What we collect
Account details. When you create an account we store your email address and a display name. Signing in with Google or Apple shares your email (and, if you allow it, your name) with us — we never see your Google or Apple password. Email/password accounts store the password only as a salted hash.
A device identifier.We generate a random identifier for your browser or device to track your credit balance and consult history. It isn’t tied to your hardware and doesn’t follow you across other apps or sites. In the iOS app this identifier (or your account id) is also shared with our payment-processing provider to attribute your purchases.
Purchase history. We record which credit packs you bought so your balance is right and refunds can be honored. Payments are handled by our payment providers — in the iOS app, in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your full card details.
Your bets. The bet text and screenshots you submit are stored with your consult history so you can revisit past readings.
Cookies. Session cookies keep you signed in — we use no third-party tracking cookies.
How we use it
To run the oracle: authenticate you, keep your credit balance, produce your readings, and show your history. We don’t run ads, and we don’t sell your personal data to anyone.
Third-party service providers
We work with third-party providers to operate, secure, and improve our service. They process personal information only as needed to perform services on our behalf, under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. These providers fall into the following categories:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure — to run our application and backend.
- Data storage — to store application and user data, including uploaded screenshots.
- Payment processing — to process payments and manage purchases. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not collect or store your full card details. (In-app purchases on iOS are processed by Apple.)
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers like those above, or where required by law.
Retention & deletion
We keep your account data while the account exists. Email support@gamblegod.com from your account address to request deletion of your account and its data, and we’ll take care of it.
Age
Gamble God is for entertainment and is intended for users 17 and older. It is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll update this page and the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you’re okay with it.
