Gamble God

Terms and Conditions

Effective July 11, 2026

The short version: Gamble God is entertainment. The oracle’s readings aren’t advice, rolls aren’t money, fantasy mode isn’t gambling, and your bets are your own. The longer version follows, in plain English.

What Gamble God is

Gamble God is an AI oracle for bets, offered purely for entertainment. You show it a wager you’re considering, and it gives you a dramatic read. It is not a sportsbook, casino, or betting exchange: it never accepts wagers, never holds or pays out gambling money, and never places bets on your behalf.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use Gamble God.

Who can use it

You must be at least 17 years old and old enough to view gambling-themed content where you live. You’re responsible for making sure that any actual betting you do elsewhere is legal in your jurisdiction — Gamble God doesn’t check, and the oracle’s readings are not an invitation to gamble.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information, and don’t create accounts to abuse free credits or evade a suspension. We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms.

Rolls and purchases

Readings are powered by rolls— one roll per consult. You can buy roll packs at the prices shown at checkout. On the web, card payments are processed by our payment provider; in the iOS app, purchases go through Apple’s in-app purchase system and are also subject to Apple’s terms. Charges on your card statement appear as “GambleGod”.

Rolls are a license to use the service, not property or currency: they have no cash value, can’t be transferred, sold, or exchanged, and may not be redeemed for money. We may change pack sizes and prices at any time; changes won’t take rolls you already have. If we ever discontinue the service, unused rolls expire with it.

Refunds

Purchases are final once the rolls are delivered, except where the law says otherwise. If something went wrong — a duplicate charge, rolls that never arrived — email support@gamblegod.com and we’ll make it right. Refunds for iOS in-app purchases are handled by Apple through their refund process.

Fantasy mode is play money

Fantasy mode lets you track pretend bets against a pretend bankroll. The dollars in it are fictional: they cost nothing, they pay out nothing, and no profit or loss shown there can be withdrawn, redeemed, or converted into anything real. Fantasy mode is not gambling and no real money ever rides on it.

Not advice — and no guarantees

The oracle’s readings are AI-generated theater. They are not betting advice, financial advice, or a prediction service, and we make no promises about their accuracy. Any bet you place anywhere is your decision and your responsibility, including every loss. Never wager money you can’t afford to lose.

If gambling stops being fun, help exists — in the US, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.

What you submit

You keep ownership of the bet text and screenshots you upload. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service — generating your readings, keeping your history, and improving reliability. Only upload things you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful.

Fair use of the service

Don’t break, probe, or overload the service; don’t scrape it, resell it, or reverse-engineer it; don’t use bots or exploits to farm rolls or fantasy winnings; and don’t use Gamble God for anything illegal. We may throttle or block usage that harms the service or other users.

Disclaimers and liability

Gamble God is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the oracle will ever be right.

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including gambling losses you incur anywhere — and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Ending things

You can stop using Gamble God at any time, and can request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; unused rolls in a terminated account are forfeited where the law permits.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll update this page and the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
